Mma QuickStart : The Ultimate Mma Training Program for the Beginner!

Tons of Technique without Structure

Some guys are creating websites that share techniques, drills and tips but without a well structured training system designed with the intent of building your skills from the ground up, there is absolutely no way that you will retain what they are showing. In fact, the more techniques they post up, the more confusing it gets.
Training with an instructor to guide you along the way is crucial. However, jumping into a group class setting when you begin training isn't always the best way to learn.
Some instructors find teaching the basics boring and seem to always be showing the newest and coolest techniques in class. That type of an instructor will not help you get the results you're looking for.
Also, in a large group setting, an instructor is often forced to teach you things beyond your level because there are students with much more experience than you in the class as well.
In the worst case scenario, an instructor may never have mastered the basics themself. Without a doubt, it will be impossible for them to teach you how to do it.
In case you've never come across my  fights or my mixed martial arts blog, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jeff  I'm the creator of the internationally popular  Quick Start Program that is your complete guide to starting training in a excellent way.
I've fought professionally for many years  against some of the top fighters in the world.
Unfortunately, after signing a three-fight deal with the UFC and having a great first fight in the organization versus Josh Koscheck, my career was cut-short by post concussion syndrome which was brought on by a lifetime of contact sports. With my wife and kids to think about I decided --one of the toughest choices I've ever had to make-- to stop fighting, and focus my efforts solely on coaching. I am very excited to help others achieve their own personal mixed martial arts goals whether that be to get into great shape, to gain confidence or to become a world champion in the sport.
I feel extremely fortunate to have spent the last 20 years teaching martial arts to those looking to learn. It's been the only job I've ever had to have thanks to my dad who was a three time Canadian Kickboxing Champ and founder of our martial arts school that opened up way back in the 1960's. I began teaching full time for him during my late teenage years. It's been a great life!
Over the years I've coached and worked with many professional fighters. Recently I was the head coach for 14 time UFC veteran, Spencer "The King" Fisher's 120 training camp. I lived in Spencer's basement for six weeks, working with him several times per day in preparation for his fight in London, England vs. Kurt Warburton. He won that fight by unanimous decision and afterwards received personal congratulations from UFC president Dana White and UFC match maker Joe Silva on his

There's Absolutely No Need To Learn the Way That I Did..

I ended up hitting many unnecessary training pitfalls throughout my career that could have been avoided but unfortunately MMA training was so new back then that nobody had a proven game plan for success.
I would often find myself off track, having to regroup, reassess and make adjustments to my training schedule, still never quite sure if I was covering all the necessary elements to make it to the top of the game.

I would often find myself off track, having to regroup, reassess and make adjustments to my training schedule, still never quite sure if I was covering all the necessary elements to make it to the top of the game, the UFC.
In my last 2 years of my professional fighting career I realized that I had been doing things right for a very long time. It was then that I achieved my two biggest goals: Winning a world championship belt at the APEX Fighting Championship and fighting in the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) on Spike TV for UFC Fight Night 7.
I am certain that you can learn things A LOT faster than I did by avoding the mistakes that I made early in my career. Through the use of this battled tested, well structured training program you will save a ton of time by jump starting your MMA training in the most efficient ways by learning techniques that really work.
The great thing is that you can do this entire training program solo and don't need or have to depend on a partner showing up to train with you. It's just you and I, working together to turn you into a mixed martial artist!. No equipment needed other than a little open space, a stop watch and a jump rope.
When you follow this program, you'll develop many skills: solid footwork, punching and kicking ability, a strong grasp of the most important basic techniques and vital solo ground movements that will prepare you for partner training in the future, all to help you develop a well rounded skill set and get the quick start you're looking for into the game of mixed martial arts.

Are You Ready to Become A Mixed Martial Artist?

MMA training is so much more than just grappling around with some friends in the backyard or smashing a heavy bag around in the garage. Sure doing that can be fun and a pretty good workout but in order to gain real mixed martial arts skill you need to train with some guidance from an instructor.
A proper training program builds on itself week-to-week, session-by-session to achieve a specific goal: to get you in great physical shape while giving you the technical knowledge you'll need to build a well-rounded skill set.
No guesswork involved, you'll know exactly when to work on punching, do ground work movements, practice takedown entries, stretch, or push hard through a conditioning exercise.

There’s definitely no shortage of information out there. Magazines,
books, internet forums, and other web sites are filled with MMA content. That
itself creates a serious problem for beginning mixed martial artists! Trying
to choose what to practice out of those thousands of techniques available on
YouTube and those other video sites is impossible!

So if you’ve made the wise decision to invest your time by staying on this
site, I’m going to reveal to you a complete, easy-to-follow program that will
build you an incredibly strong foundational MMA skill set. A program that once
completed will enable you to train at any MMA school in the world and feel comfortable
right away.
The best part is you don’t have to do this full
time.
My guess is that you’re not interested in training 2-3
times a day like a pro-fighter. You have a life outside of MMA, which might
include a job, family, and other responsibilities that limit the time you have
to train, not to mention figuring out how to train effectively.
Knowing this I’ve been forced to develop efficient programs that get results
in a minimum amount of time – only 2-3 hours of training per week! That’s not
a lot of time to work with, but I’ve been able to a create program that has
given people real MMA skill in only 12 weeks of training.

I’ve discovered these techniques and training methods through twenty years

I've invested thousands of dollars in my quest to become a world champion and to make it to the highest level of MMA competition, spent nearly 30 years training and competing in many different martial arts, and hundreds of hours putting this program together to make it as simple and complete as possible.
I could easily charge over a few hundred dollars for this program, simply because this program contains absolutely everything you need to know to get off to the best start to your mixed martial arts training.
